Rita Madden, MPH, RDN, has conducted health and wellness workshops for the Diocese of Oakland, Charleston and the Mid-Atlantic, and is now offering a virtual workshop to help anyone interested to get back on track after the pandemic. She writes:
"Many have told me they are struggling with getting back on track after dealing with the pandemic. Many feel their health in all aspects physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually are out of sorts. So I am planning on offering a virtual workshop to help people implement processes in their day to benefit both their soul and body. We all need to work on different areas and so this workshop provides the foundation to allow people to focus on their personal needs. In addition, this will be tied into guidance for a 15 day approach to making sustainable changes; my hope is people will utilize and benefit from this approach during the Nativity fast."
